With extensive experience in both public and private accounting, Michael Monahan is a member of the firm’s Executive Board. His industry experience includes technology and media, life sciences, consumer, and manufacturing and distribution. Michael has served as audit partner and, more recently, as an advisor to business owners and management of private and public companies who are seeking guidance on acquisitions, divestitures and raising capital. He has also provided advisory services for several initial public offerings.
