In addition to Transactions Advisor of the Year – which CohnReznick received in 2020 as well – CohnReznick received the U.S.A. Private Equity Deal of the Year – Middle Markets for its work on MiddleGround Capital’s acquisition of Attala Steel Industries. The firm also earned the Health Care Deal of the Year award for its work on PG Dental’s merger with Allied Dental to form ProSmile.
