"CohnReznick" is the brand name under which CohnReznick LLP and CohnReznick Advisory LLC and their respective affiliates provide professional services. CohnReznick LLP and CohnReznick Advisory LLC (and their respective affiliates) practice in an alternative practice structure in accordance with the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct and applicable law, regulations and professional standards. CohnReznick LLP is a licensed CPA firm that provides attest services to its clients. CohnReznick Advisory LLC provides tax and business consulting services to its clients. CohnReznick Advisory LLC and its affiliates are not licensed CPA firms. Each entity is a separate legal entity and solely responsible for its own acts and/or omissions. 

CohnReznick is a member firm of the “Nexia International” network. Nexia International Limited does not deliver services in its own name or otherwise. Nexia International Limited and each of its member firms are separate legal entities and not part of a worldwide partnership. Nexia International Limited does not accept any responsibility for the commission of any act, or omission to act by, or the liabilities of, any of its members. 

CohnReznick and the names, logos, trademarks, and service marks (collectively, the "Marks") displayed on this Site, are registered and unregistered marks of CohnReznick and/or others.  Nothing on this website shall be construed as to grant you a right to use any such Marks without the prior written permission of CohnReznick or such third party that may own the Marks. Any unauthorized use of any such Marks is strictly prohibited.

To process your Transaction, CohnReznick uses Alacriti an independent third party. Alacriti controls the security and performance of its payment processing services. Please refer to the Alacriti terms, conditions and privacy policies governing your payment located at www.alacriti.com/privacy. Verification of information may be required prior to the acknowledgment or completion of any Transaction.

Miscellaneous

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. You agree that any dispute arising out of your use of the Site or these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of the State of New York.

California Personnel

CohnReznick LLP is a limited liability partnership licensed to practice public accounting by the California Board of Accountancy.  In accordance with the California Code of Regulations (including the notification to clients required by Article 9, Section 50), CohnReznick LLP will upon written request provide to its clients a list of its individuals licensed by the California Board of Accountancy. 

CohnReznick maintains offices located in the following California locations: Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Diego, San Jose and Woodland Hills.
