Food & Beverage M&A Q2 2024 report: Renewed interest by venture capital investors

    vegetables on a conveyor belt

In the food and beverage space, we’re seeing a renewed interest from venture capital investors and also saw many debt refinancings get completed during the first half of the year.

We are expecting an increased level of equity deal activity in the second half of the year as we have been noting sellers, investment bankers, and transactions teams undergoing a lot of preparation. The likely reduction in the interest rate beginning late in 2024 and beginning of 2025 should also help drive transactions to the finish line.

In this Food & Beverage Manufacturing M&A Q2 report, we closely examine recent transactions, deals in the pipeline, trends to watch in the F&B space, and more.
