The 2023 CohnReznick Affordable Housing Credit Study is slated for release next week on Nov. 14. The report – a milestone 10th edition – will unveil an analysis of more than 2,000 funds and over 30,000 properties through 2022. The report will also assess the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the national LIHTC portfolio, as well as include fresh updates on income and operating expenses.
Also, be sure to register for our post-release webinar on Dec. 5, where leaders will provide an overview of how to use the study to benchmark portfolios, develop best practices, and gain valuable insights into the industry.
