A city and port are planning a sea level rise resiliency project.
What we did
We undertook a compressive assessment of a range of public and private funding and financing opportunities for the project. We constructed a custom financial model that incorporated the terms and conditions of federal grants, debt and equity facilities, and a range of revenue streams to identify a strategy for financial feasibility.
Results
Our analysis enabled the client to move forward into the advanced planning stages of the project, with a strategy for accessing both preconstruction and construction funds.
