CohnReznick elevates Hooley to Chief Operating Officer

New York, NY – February 3, 2022 – CohnReznick LLP, one of the leading advisory, assurance, and tax firms in the United States, today announced that it has appointed long-time executive and San Diego Office Managing Partner Mark Hooley as its new Chief Operating Officer. Hooley takes over from Philip Mandel who will assume a new role at CohnReznick focused on the firm’s growth initiatives through its Nexia International network.

With more than 20 years at the firm, Hooley has provided assurance and consulting services to public and privately held companies across diverse industries, developing strong expertise in renewable energy and technology. In his new role, Hooley will be responsible for managing and supporting the firm’s advisory, assurance, and tax service lines, financial reporting systems, administration, facilities, innovation and technology, and international operations. He was elected to the firm’s Executive Board in 2021 and will continue his term.
