CohnReznick Quality of Life, Diversity Internship Rankings increase in 2023 Vault 25 Best Accounting Firms to Work for Survey

NEW YORK, NY – May 23, 2022 – CohnReznick LLP, one of the leading advisory, assurance, and tax firms in the United States, today announced that its 2023 Vault Accounting 25 rankings increased significantly across multiple categories. The firm also retained its 9^th position among the Vault Top 25 Best Accounting Firms in North America.

CohnReznick also increased its rankings in 20 quality of life categories:

• #16 Vacation Policies

The firm climbed 6 points in areas such as culture, promotion policies, and vacation policies. Rankings climbed 8 points from last year’s rankings for compensation, ESG initiatives, and firm leadership. CohnReznick now ranks among the top 20 firms when it comes to compensation, work/life balance, and culture.

The 2023 Vault Accounting 25 ranks the best accounting firms to work for. They were also asked to rate firms other than their own in terms of prestige. The Accounting 25 is compiled using a weighted formula based on these internal and external rankings.
