Case Study: Investment and key financials for real estate developer and asset manager
CohnReznick helped a real estate developer and asset manager streamline processes and conducted a scenario analysis.
Background
The board requested the company to present projected financials at various cap rates across over 70 financial models.
What we did
We incorporated a control panel enabling their financial model in Excel to push the requested scenarios across the entire portfolio of models, and then consolidate key financials under each scenario, leveraging both VBA and Power Query.
Results
We enabled the client to streamline processes and conduct a powerful analysis which gave confidence to their board. In addition, the new, scalable automated process reduced the risk of error.
