CohnReznick saved a residential and commercial solar company time and money by using automation to update the company’s financials.
Background
The company struggled to scale since they had a very manual process for updating its financials from its ERP across its portfolio companies.
What we did
We incorporated a tool to automate the import of ERP data leveraging, Power Query into their financial model in Excel.
Results
Our work saved the client significant manual labor time and costs through automation, provided them the ability to scale their processes, and reduced their risk of manual work-related errors.
