Background
A Texas city acquired a partial interest in a mall that it wanted to use as an economic redevelopment tool.
What we did
We constructed a financial model in Excel to review and assess a range of redevelopment options including immediate disposal, partial development, or full acquisition of the site under a master-planned approach.
Results
Our model enabled the client to strategically consider their options, carefully integrate the outcomes based on specific financial analyses, and determine the best course of action.
