Services include corporate audits of real estate entities investing and developing mixed-use properties, hotels, condominiums, and commercial and residential real estate in the international markets

For the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit industry, responsible for supervising audits, reviews, cost certifications (new construction, acquisition, and rehabilitation), agreed-upon procedures reports for the 10% test, break-even analyses, preliminary report of credits, the final report of credits for the operating partnerships, and arbitrage calculations 

Extensive experience assisting clients with TCAP and Exchange deals

Works with numerous housing coalitions and is on board of directors of Mississippi Association of Affordable Housing Providers (MAAHP)
