Reviews quality and realization of assets and liabilities and identifies working capital requirements and negotiating positions including post-closing working capital verification and adjustment mechanisms 

Industry knowledge includes quality of earnings analyses, identifying revenue sources and profitability drivers, examining operating cost structure and sustainability factors, and investigating business models including cash flow and financial projections

Prior experience includes both audit and transaction advisory work at a Big Four firm
