As a partner in CohnReznick’s International Tax practice, Christopher Galuppo has more than 20 years of experience in the legal, tax, and accounting aspects of complex domestic and international transactions. He has worked with individuals and companies in numerous industries including retail, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, financial services, construction, and real estate. 

Chris has extensive experience in domestic and international tax compliance and consulting related to inbound and outbound corporate taxation. This includes advising and structuring domestic and international reorganizations, acquisitions and dispositions, advising multi-national clients on the repatriation of earnings, cross-border investment/financing, entity formation, and review of ASC 740 international tax provision calculations for financial statement presentation. 

Chris also has expertise in areas that include Subpart F concerns, foreign tax credit planning, FATCA issues/reporting, OVDP matters and on pre-immigration planning.
