Works closely with clients and their council on transaction tax planning including structuring reorganizations, buy/sell transactions, business formations, and liquidations

In conjunction with tax planning, reviews transaction documents and partnership/LLC agreements to ensure that the economic and tax goals are achieved

Identifies issues and viable solutions to protect clients’ interests, optimize tax results, and advise clients on risks

Frequently involved in producing and teaching national and local firm tax technical trainings focused on partnership taxation and tax planning concepts

Prior experience includes serving as a tax advisor for a large range of clients from small closely held businesses to large national companies in the real estate, construction, manufacturing and distribution, and financial services industries

Previously served as the tax advisor to the high-net-worth individual business owners
