Jason Rocker has more than 17 years of public accounting experience practicing in the areas of audit, finance, tax, and accounting services. His diverse experience consists of both not-for-profit and for-profit clients within several industries including affordable housing, Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs), New Markets Tax Credits (NMTCs), Historic Tax Credits (HTCs), commercial real estate, government municipalities and agencies, and institutions of higher education.

Provides clients with a range of services such as financial statement audits, tax return preparation, cost certification engagements for LIHTC and HTC projects, construction development reporting, employee benefit plan audits, and government contract and regulation compliance
