A member of CohnReznick’s international tax practice, Jie Shao has nearly 20 years of public accounting experience in U.S. corporate income tax accounting, compliance, and consulting. Her experience includes significant work in U.S. international tax reporting, design and implementation of global tax efficient structures, cash repatriation, and redeployment strategies, U.S. tax attributes optimization, U.S. tax reform modeling and planning relative to GILTI, subpart F, FTC, FDII, and BEAT, and advising on cross-border M&A transactions.

Jie has broad experience advising publicly and privately held multinational companies in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, consumer, information technology, pharmaceutical research, chemicals, construction, and investment banking.

Before joining CohnReznick, Jie served for 17 years in international tax roles with two Big Four firms. She was with a smaller firm for two years.
