Directs all aspects of an ERP implementation including conceptualizing and formulating comprehensive project plans, implementing systems, conducting tests, system rollout, and providing end-user training

Has led more than a dozen mid-size ($100-200 million) to large ($500 million) Deltek implementations focused on optimum GAAP and government accounting to maximize business benefits

Strong background in executing, sustaining, and continually enhancing ERP systems with multiple interfaces such as Costpoint MES

Before joining CohnReznick, John was Vice President – Enterprise Business Systems for a global defense and space manufacturing company where he was responsible for spearheading, leading, and delivering complex $200-300 million Oracle to Deltek ERP implementations and other implementations involving ERP, time collection systems, quality systems, and various interfaces

Additional prior experience includes driving enhancements to Deltek Costpoint and Costpoint (Solumina) MES to deliver the necessary functionality for a manufacturing defense contractor and supplementing the system to facilitate streamlined day-to-day processes
