Resolves complex technical accounting issues including business combinations, investment accounting and consolidation, hypothetical liquidation at book value modeling, and the evaluation of liquidation provisions, revenue recognition, multifaceted equity and debt financing transactions, and leasing arrangements

Management skills and detailed, hands-on service approach enable Kayla and her teams to move clients beyond compliance matters to a focus on operational efficiency and standardization across their accounting and reporting platforms
