Nicholas S. Mathias (Nic) is a partner in the Charlotte office and a member of the Assurance practice. He has over 18 years of experience, with a focus on audit and attestation services. Nic has concentrated on tax incentivized real estate projects, renewable energy, housing authority, and not-for-profit clients. These services include financial statement audits, agreed-upon procedures, and the evaluation of internal controls, as well as keeping clients updated on industry and government required standards.
