Previously served as Managing Director, SEC Regulatory Matters and Capital Markets, in the National office of a Big Four firm. In this role, prepared thought leadership on SEC reporting matters and advised assurance partners on the financial reporting and disclosure for SEC- registered transactions for a wide range of domestic and FPI registrants
Prior experience managing audits of commercial SEC registrants of both global reach and middle-market size in a variety of sectors: retail, manufacturing & distribution, chemicals, refining, mid-stream oil & gas, software, and professional services
