In addition to providing audit services, Rich consults with clients on their operational and transactional matters
Oversees the review and evaluation of internal control systems during audit planning in order to help his clients improve controls to safeguard their assets and deliver more accurate financial reporting
Conducts detailed planning and update meetings with clients, determines audit scope and strategy, and supervises and reviews all engagement team audit and tax work
Identifies, resolves, and summarizes issues discovered during the course of the audit process
Prepares financial statements to ensure compliance with all accounting standards
Also prepares management letters communicating any internal control or operational inefficiencies noted during the audit process to help the organization improve its financial reporting and/or operational functions
Additional involvement with deal structuring and workout engagements
