In addition to general accounting, Shaune has extensive experience working with small start-up entrepreneurs including setting up accounting methods, standards and procedures, state registration, and employment issues

Additional experience working closely with public entities and large public affiliated corporate groups, providing services that include corporate tax compliance, partnership tax compliance, sell-side due diligence for companies and shareholders, and ASC 740 support

Knowledge and experience in both inbound and outbound international tax issues

Extensive experience with submissions under the IRS Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program

Further experience includes navigating and interpreting U.S. tax treaties; reporting on foreign investment for U.S. residents; and completing any necessary compliance for U.S citizens living abroad, U.S. resident aliens, and non-resident aliens with U.S. taxable income and FACTA reporting requirements

Previous experience working for a private accounting firm in Ocean County, NJ and a West Coast-based accounting firm
