Served as the Program Manager for numerous clients faced with the challenges of recovering from the largest natural disasters to ever impact our nation, including: Program Manager for the State of Mississippi following Hurricane Katrina and the State of New York following Hurricane Sandy
Served as the Program Manager for the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s joint Disaster Housing Assistance Program which provided rental subsidies and case management services to those displaced from their homes as a result of Hurricane Katrina or Hurricane Rita 
Wide range of disaster recovery experience including application intake to policy development to claims processing to grant closeout
Provided disaster recovery services related to Hurricane Gustav, Hurricane Wilma, Hurricane Ike, Hurricane Dolly, Tropical Storm Lee, Hurricane Irene, Winter Storm Mohawk, and Winter Storm Nemo
Before joining CohnReznick, served as a Project Manager with one of the nation’s largest commercial and civil general contractors. He started as a Cost Engineer, focusing upon budgets, subcontractor management, financial reporting, and performance monitoring. He soon joined the operational side of the firm and later became a Project Manager overseeing pre-construction services, design/build construction, estimating, scheduling, procurement, value engineering, change order management, and trade coordination for government authorities, private developers, charitable organizations, investors, and lenders
